Social Skills

Gain confidence in social skills and navigating social situations. Set goals as we create tailored tasks and sessions around the skills you would like to explore. Examples of social skills include: how to start, continue and end a conversation; active listening; identifying conversation topics for various settings, etc.

Pre-Employment Skills

Prepare to have a job or re-enter the workforce. Have support building or editing your cover letter, resume and job applications. Practice for interviews and have support picking out an outfit for the interview.

Employment Skills and Support

Support sessions tailored to your individual goals, concerns and challenges related to the workplace. Examples of areas of support might include: making friends at work, customer service, cash handling, disclosing at work, asking for help, gaining confidence within your role, navigating unwritten rules and expectations, etc.
